At the end of October 2000 TWF Internet visited India, with the help and support of Trade Partners UK and the CSSA. The Right Honourable Patricia Hewlett MP, then minister for e-commerce and SMEs, led the trade mission to help promote British businesses in India. The mission visited Bangalore, the 'silicon valley' of India for the IT.COM exhibition and meetings with other heads of state. During this visit we were able to formally establish a partnership with GP Singh, president of AllindiaNet Pvt.Ltd. Mr Singh and his staff worked with us on our exhibition stand and we all gained valuable experience in the requirements of the Indian market.
